The Soft Scrub Total cleaners have a special spray spout so that allow you to alternate between foam or spray. They also spray upside down. I love that. That is great for reaching the space under the rim of the toilet. Soft Scrub Total with Bleach just smells like bleach so I reserve that for the nasty tasks around the house. Those that I want to clean and sanitize. The Soft Scrub Total Fresh Scent has a really nice scent that makes the whole bathroom smell clean and fresh.
